Cookie Policy

1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. “Similar technologies” — such as browser local storage — do the same job in a different place. This policy covers both. It applies to the lab358.ai marketing site only; the lab358 inference product on AWS Marketplace is covered by separate terms.

2. What we use

NameProviderTypePurposeDuration
lab358_consentlab358 (first party)Strictly necessary — browser local storageRemembers your cookie-banner choiceUntil you clear your browser storage
_gaGoogle AnalyticsAnalytics — set only with your consentDistinguishes site visitorsUp to 2 years
_ga_<id>Google AnalyticsAnalytics — set only with your consentMaintains analytics session stateUp to 2 years

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may set additional cookies depending on configuration; analytics technologies run only after you accept them in the cookie banner. We do not use advertising, ad-personalization, or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Managing your choices

When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or reject analytics. The choices have equal prominence and rejecting is a single click, and analytics stay off by default until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” control in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary storage may stop the site from remembering your choice.

4. Analytics provider

When enabled, analytics are provided by Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4), acting as our processor for that data. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy and its description of how it uses cookies. How we handle the data we receive is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Questions about cookies: legal@lab358.ai.
